An exciting role responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing IT projects, IT delivery, and its associated services, acting as a bridge within and between the IT department, operations, and suppliers to ensure that technology and working methods effectively support the organization's goals and users' needs.

Who are you?

You have the ability to work independently and take responsibility. At the same time, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, are service-oriented, and can build good relationships. The work requires flexibility and decisiveness. Being a good communicator who can convey technical content understandably and clearly is important, both in writing and verbally.

The role requires a combination of technical understanding, communication skills, and project management competence to handle everything from daily operations and support to the implementation of new solutions.

Requirements

Education with an IT focus at the university level or several years of work experience in the field that the employer assesses as equivalent
Experience in project management and IT delivery/delivery of IT services
Documented IT competence and work experience in the IT field
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

Experience working with IT security and information security
Experience in change management
Experience coordinating/leads workshops and internal forums
Experience from the public sector or larger organizations

About us

The municipal management administration has the overall responsibility for, among other things, financial management, personnel policy, and case management. The municipal management administration consists of six departments and is responsible for overarching development issues and common functions. The administration's mission includes strategic planning, environmental monitoring, and implementation of municipal-wide decisions, projects, and security work.

The IT department is responsible for the operation and development of the municipality's internal IT environment, such as infrastructure, server environment, management-specific operational systems, telephony, internet, and email. We are also responsible for the municipality's e-service portal and for the development and implementation of e-services. Based on the digital strategy, we drive the digitization work in the municipality.
